Friendly place done by lovely people with vision and respect for our heritage plus great understanding for polish reality.

A couple of months of discussion with poznań city council workers and architects' work effected in saving original secession windows, carefully renovated thanks to lovely Americans' honesty and respect for old crafts... And - whats best - finally the f* US government gave our Clients founds for the restauration work in Poznań !! even sent here some totally disturbing muchachos from America to Poznań and covered the costs of their flights, etc... to "help" the craftsman mr. Staszewski - the author of renovated frames and reconstruction of original brass fittings.

Thx Dave for your determination, patience and saving some of our unique heritage. So positive that are such Clients ;)

Utterly disappointed with an awfully bad customer service don't caring about their guests one bit. Went there with my girlfriend and her mom to get a coffee to warm us out in a chilly autumn afternoon. Waiting ten minutes for waitress to arrive I went up to fetch the menu cards myself. We ordered our three coffees, and when 40 minutes (!) have passed and no one from the staff arrived, we got up and left. Passing the waitress on the way out she said that they were having a poetry reading night at the premises and she was just about to serve us. Poetry or not, there were literally couple of people around, and that was a very sorry excuse. Wouldn't come back myself and I wouldn't recommend the...

When you make a cake it can range on the spectrum of fluffy to gooey. Some cakes should be closer to one extreme than the other.

The chocolate cake here was perfect. One slice is enough to make you want the entire cake. Moreover, they get the consistency - that spectrum I mentioned, correct. It's closer to the gooey side. They also don't ruin it by adding undesirable items like peanuts, nor any sweet fillings.

Combined with the cozy atmosphere, this is a great place for coffee, desserts, etc....
