It's okay as far as cafes go but I gotta say the attitude from one member of the service staff was frankly beyond rude. Ordered the scrambled eggs and toast, it came in good time, 10 minutes or so, fine, however there was two very very small pieces of toast. Surprised at the toast bread ratio but no big deal. I went up and ask for some extra toast and then sat back down, about 10 MINUTES later still no toast and eggs basicly going cold. I go back up to counter and ask about the toast, and woman at the counter (short black hair) told me In a very Kurt and demeaning manner and "if looks could kill stare " as you can you can see we are very busy we will bring when ready". (Looked around and not that busy and all I wanted was some extra bread for a meal I had going cold), she said it in such and angery and demanding manner I frankly felt it a verbal attack. I sat back down , and 7 minutes the toast comes out. So 17 minutes for extra toast, which I can live with, annoying as it was. But her vile attuidue ruined my morning , ill never back in a million years, but if you like be spoken to like sh@t and want the Karen experience, please, enjoy. If I was the owner I would be annoyed that staff are talking to customers that way. To there credit, they didnt charge the extra toast, but it was never about the money, even the late toast I can live with, but been spoken to and death stared and made to feel like a (insert word here) I can't get over. Manners don't cost anything.

Urokliwa kawiarnia położona w okolicy Starego Zoo. Przepyszna kawa, ciastka i menu śniadaniowe. Miejsce jest przyjazne zwierzętom, szczególnie psom, których było tam sporo. Kawiarnia jest mała dlatego momentami trzeba uzbroić sie w cierpliwość - oczekując na stolik czy zamówione rzeczy. Niestety nic dobrego nie mogę powiedzieć o obsłudze - zostaliśmy obsłużeni przez osobę która w każdym momencie wykazywała się wysokim poziomem pretensji, nie była miła co powinno być normą w gastronomii w przypadku relacji z klientem. Stoliki nie są sprzątane na czas, siedzieliśmy przy nieposprzątanym stole po poprzednich klientach około 10 minut. Na jedzenie czekaliśmy bardzo długo, ponieważ w lokalu panował chaos - osoby które zmawiały po nas otrzymywały jedzenie wcześniej. Jest wiele kawiarni operujących na tym samym poziomie - obsługa jest kluczem do sukcesu. Z racji poziomu obsługi nie jestem w stanie polecić tego miejsca. Wizyta miała miejsce 16 lipca 2023 około 10-11. ------------------ A charming cafe located in the Old Zoo area. Delicious coffee, pastries and breakfast menu. The place is pet friendly, especially dogs, of which there were quite a few. The cafe is small, so at times you have to be patient - waiting for a table or ordered items. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the service - we were served by a person who at all times showed a high level of pretentiousness, was not nice, which should be the norm in catering when it comes to customer relations. Tables are not cleaned on time, we sat at an untidy table after previous customers for about 10 minutes. We waited a very long time for our food, as there was chaos in the place - people who ordered after us received their food earlier. There are many cafes operating at the same level - service is the key. Because of the level of service, I am unable to recommend this place. It took place on 16th of July 2023. Much about 10-11 am.

Na poznańskich Jeżycach, przy ulicy Polnej, kryje się miejsce, które z pozoru wygląda bardzo niepozornie. Trzecia Kawa – bo tak właśnie się nazywa – nie rzuca się w oczy przechodniowi. Wręcz trzeba jej poszukać, tak jak my z synem szukaliśmy jej dwa dni temu. I całe szczęście, że nie odpuściliśmy, bo to, co czekało na nas w środku, było prawdziwym zaskoczeniem. Wnętrze urzeka prostotą i przytulnością. Ciepłe drewno, rośliny, subtelne światło i atmosfera, która od pierwszej chwili zaprasza, by usiąść i zostać dłużej. To miejsce, które nie tylko podaje kawę i jedzenie – ono tworzy nastrój. Kiedy usiedliśmy przy stoliku, otoczył nas zapach świeżo mielonych ziaren i ciche rozmowy, które tworzyły spokojne tło. Na śniadanie wybrałam omlet z guacamole. I tu doznałam czegoś, co trudno opisać inaczej niż „eksplozja smaków”. Puszystość omleta, kremowa świeżość awokado, gzika - tradycyjnej potrawy wielkopolskiej, finezyjnie ułożonych plastrów cukini z przyprawami i dodatkami – wszystko było idealnie zbalansowane. Każdy kęs niósł w sobie coś nowego, coś, co sprawiało, że chciało się zatrzymać ten moment. Spojrzenie syna mówiło wszystko – to było doświadczenie, które zaskoczyło nas oboje. A kawa… tutaj trudno znaleźć odpowiednie słowa. Wyjątkowa, naprawdę wyjątkowa. Aromatyczna, głęboka, a przy tym łagodna – smak, który zostaje w pamięci. To nie była po prostu kawa do śniadania, ale napój, który stanowił pełnoprawny element tego doświadczenia, podkreślając każdy smak na talerzu i dodając całości niezwykłej harmonii. Trzecia Kawa to miejsce, które pokazuje, że nie trzeba wielkich szyldów, by oferować coś absolutnie niepowtarzalnego. To kawiarnia, do której chce się wracać – dla atmosfery, dla śniadań, dla wyjątkowej kawy, ale przede wszystkim dla tego uczucia, że znalazło się coś prawdziwie autentycznego w samym sercu miasta.
