Happa to Mame — Restaurant in Poznan

It's absolutely amazing! So beautiful, so quiet, so delicious and... so delicious again. It's one of those places where we can communicate in every language: Polish, English, Japanese, others or just silence. Especially we will find here this last one. Silence and peace. It's really interesting how this place can create a feeling of chilling even if there is happening a lot. But just go there and sit in "first desk" to observe how they create coffee, to have a small talk or just admire beautiful ceramics. Geez,"Romańczuki" did an absolutely fabulous job here. Those cups and small plates - just things that you wanna hide and take with you. Unfortunately, they will never look so good like in Happa to Mame.

One is food, second is the creativity of this place. You can eat, watch, talk or just take part in some small exhibition that they create every part of the time. It's one of this place where minimum means maximum. That is what they did - design, taste and atmosphere are just on such an...

Came here with a friend, after discovering this cafe online. Very authentic japanese place. My favourite hojicha latte is available here. Matcha is also very nice, I took the sweeter one. I think it's nice for people that don't like the strong matcha taste, so next time I would try the other version. Also, the deserts are a masterpiece. The mitarashi dango is really tasty. Dorayaki is made fresh and the filling is yummy (we had vanilla and red bean). And the daifuku with strawberry is perfection. Will visit again for sure, when...

🔸Byliśmy tam pierwszy raz i trochę nie byliśmy pewni, czy za tymi kotarami jest wejście dla gości, czy dla personelu. Nie było to dla nas jasne, fajnie byłby, gdyby zostało to w lepszy sposób zakomunikowane zwłaszcza nowym klientom.

🔸Lokal robi wrażenie, jest przestronny i widać, że stara się robić klimat. Naczynia są po prostu piękne ☺ Menu jest mega estetyczne, wszystko jest fajnie i jasno opisane.

🔸Dziewczyna, która przyjmowała tego dnia ( sobota 7.12) była bardzo dostępna, miła i kulturalna. Zero zastrzeżeń 👏

🔸Miejsca do siedzenia w porównaniu do powierzchni lokalu jest bardzo mało. Siedzenie na schodach przy polskiej jesieni/zimie, gdzie często jest chlapa, śnieg, odkładanie kurtek na podłogę, szalików jest niekomfortowe. Dodatkowo na środku stoi wielki, jak się dowiedzieliśmy zabytkowy stół, który zabiera tak cenną przestrzeń lokalu, ponieważ nie jest do użytku. Jeżeli ten stół jest tak ważnym, może sentymentalnym elementem warto byłoby pomyśleć o reorganizacji.

🔸Matcha i kawa są mega przeciętne. Nie jest to nic odkrywczego ani cena nie jest turbo przestępna. Po wyjściu część z naszej grupy nie zapamiętała smaku, a część chciała jak najszybciej pozbyć się trawiastego i rybnego posmaku. Coś tu lekko kuleje, a warto zaznaczyć, że to nie była nasza pierwsza matcha. Na nią tutaj nie wrócimy, niestety.

Ogólnie - nie rozumiem fenomenu tego lokalu.
