Starbucks — Restaurant in Szczecin

We visited the Starbucks at Galaxy Centre in Szczecin and were really impressed with the overall experience. The service was excellent – the staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. What stood out the most was how carefully and professionally they handled my daughter’s allergies. They took the time to double-check ingredients, made sure everything was prepared safely, and reassured us at every step. That extra care made a big difference and is something we truly appreciate.

Another pleasant surprise was the drink sizes – much more generous than what we’re used to in the UK! Everything was fresh and delicious, from the drinks to the pastries. The seating area was clean, cozy, and had a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a short break during shopping.

We actually intended to visit the small café next door to support a local business, but unfortunately, the staff there were extremely rude and dismissive. We didn’t feel welcome at all. In the end, we were glad we went to Starbucks – it felt like a much more professional and friendly environment.

Starbucks is located in the Kaskada shopping centre. I must say when you sit inside you do not feel you are in the noisy and crowdy shopping centre.
