Between 3 different dishes, I can confirm that Khachapuri was very good. Khinkali with cheese wasn't cooked well enough, additionally it should be more salty, just from my point of view. Khinkali filled with ground meat, not chopped one. I don't now if it's depends from Sakartvelo region's recipe differences or not, but it wasn't so tasty and could be more soup inside of. The last one, soup kharcho. It was tasty, but I also expect more onion and dense soup overall. Meat was definitely well prepared, spices added pretty nicely and finish the bouquet in very tasty manner. All of the details above based on my previous experience and not cover even the simple thing, that recipes could be from other regions of Sakartvelo, those I didn't tried before. The service and atmosphere at this restaurant were disappointing. When we arrived, no one greeted us or offered us a table, and the music was off, making the atmosphere feel like the restaurant wasn't open yet, even though it was the afternoon and there were many people outside. Our order was disorganized - we had to remind the staff about it multiple times, some drinks were served without glasses, and the dishes were brought out almost all at once instead of in the typical sequence of soup first, then main dishes. The table was cluttered with plates that no one cleared until we finished eating. While the food was average, the poor service and atmosphere ruined our overall impression. Food is descent and service can be better. When the girl waiter took our order we were informed that wait time for hachapuri is one hour and rest of the menu will be served “quick”. So we decided not to take hachapuri. The soups we got in 40 minutes, and final dish came out in more than an hour(hour and ten I think), although the first of three servings we got with soups. Overall atmosphere is good and waiters are polite. But the fact that we were assured the foods gonna be served quickly and we were quite hungry but final dish came out in more than an hour makes me write this review
