An Absolute Masterpiece of Italian Cuisine – Deserves a Michelin Star!

Every single location of this restaurant is nothing short of incredible. This is, without a doubt, the BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER TASTED—a true culinary revelation. From the very first bite, you can taste the authenticity, passion, and tradition baked into every slice. The crust was perfection, the ingredients were fresh beyond belief, and every flavor was balanced like a symphony.

The staff? Exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely proud of what they serve—just as it should be in a world-class establishment.

We ordered a variety of pizzas, and each one was its own masterpiece. No two were alike, yet every single one was equally unforgettable. And the burrata? So fresh it felt like it had been made moments before hitting the table. Simply divine.

Even the drinks were a standout—crafted with the same care and attention as the food. Every sip was as memorable as every bite.

I only wish there were a way to bring this slice of Italian heaven back home to America. I could genuinely eat here every single day and never get tired of it.

If you're anywhere near this place, RUN, don't walk. You CANNOT go wrong. This isn't just a pizza place—it's an experience. An...

Pizza was OK. Good bits: It was actually a pizza not some monstrosity that should never be called pizza. Actually 3 and 1/2 stars . The food was well presented and the size was just right. Ingredients were quite fresh and well balanced. Drinks served as should be , no issues there. Service was OK but don't expect the waitress to go out of her way to accommodate you. In fact, you will be reminded in a polite way of the closing hours. Bad bits, The tempeture of the pie was luke warm . I didn't have to wait too long for my order so it was rather surprising that it wasn't steamy at all. Remember, you are not in America so don't bother thinking that you will get served with some filtered water or some fresh rolls with butter while you wait for your order. Yes, they will charge you for water and you can keep the bottle as a souvenir. Overall, if you want to spare yourself from some " telepizzas" this place is definitely the place to go. I will compare them with their closest competitor and let you know how they fare in Warsaw...

Not bad but not great. It has a mighty reputation amongst locals but or be fair you can get the exact same thing at other places for a few zloties less and less pretense. You can order a pizza with mozzarella do bufala for about 32 zloties with grumpy service or go elsewhere and have the same pizza with the same cheese and same dough made with the same love for less in a more relaxed atmosphere. Also because of the reputation of this place it’s always busy and often you’ll have to wait or make a reservation well in advance. Why is the reputation so good? Well there isn’t much competition and most people in Warsaw probably still haven’t had the chance to get experience authentic Italian cuisine. So anyone that makes pizza in Poland that doesn’t resemble the usual, giant piece of thick bread with analogue cheese quickly looks like they’re the real deal. It’s not bad pizza by any means but you can get the same for less money and less waiting at other spots...

This was on my list for some time. Some of my friends said there was the best pizza in Warsaw so my expectations were obviously high. The menu is quite simple and has mainly pizza on it. The toppings are really nicely combined (e.g. salsicia, potatoes and rosemary) and high quality (DOPs when possible). But the dough.... Ohhh the dough has a long way to become really good. The crust is nicely thick and tall (Neapolitan style) but it is very quickly baked and with high hydration so it is quite rubberry and chewy even though it is burned on the sides (as it should be). That's a pity cuz with better dough this would be really the one of the best pizzas in the city.

Even though this place is kinda far from the main roads or city center, it's worth spending some time to get here, which is confirmed with always at least few people waiting to get inside. Pizza here is outstanding (one of the best in Warsaw) and possibilities of configuration are endless. There is also a theme menu so ask about it since it always something unusual which is really good. Interior is clean and in a proper Italian style. You are always given a snack while waiting for order which is nice. People working there are nice and always smiling.

Nic bardziej podobnego. Pizza sucha i przepieczona, ciasto totalnie bez soli. Mozarella fior di latte praktycznie wyparowała, 4 plasterki pancetty, około 3 g Pecorino i gwiazda wieczoru - żółtko.
