Cofeina — Restaurant in Warsaw

More and more often, I notice deterioration in the service, starting from loud discussions by employees of customers and their orders (as they think in a language incomprehensible to everyone), ending with the current situation.

I came to enjoy my coffee and because I had to leave for a meeting soon, I took a takeaway. Within 2 minutes, the hot coffee deformed the cup and half, I repeat, of the hot coffee ended up on my jacket and pants. Instead of apologizing and offering help, response I heard was first "well, you didn't close well", and later "what can I do? I told the manager about the issue" and left.

For two days I came, the coffee was excellent and the service friendly. On the third day, I had dismissive and rude staff, they made the cappuccino very watery. I asked them to redo it and they did - still bad. Didn’t even give me a tray to carry them I ordered 2. The whole attitude was very unfriendly and dismissive. Sadly I won’t be back. Such a gem- quaint, stylish cafe with a soul. I rarely write reviews but had to for this one. Great food options and coffee, all coffees come with double shots (as they should, unlike others I’ve visited here in Warsaw lol.) The cappuccinos hit!
