We went there as it was well reviewed dim sum place and mind it I am a huge dim sum (oh what a joy is agood shu mai) fan. So I can be a bit strict but, tbh I am not impressed. Let’s start - good things: a) there are many vegan options b) place is big, yet on weekends you better make a reaervation, we were there around 4pm saturday and waited 15-20 minutes for a table (yup they take reservations) c) staff is extra friendly. And what did not impress me despite the high reviews? Well what they serve is not really dim sum in my humble opinion, at least not in a way you understand it in HK, Taiwan or Japan. It’s more like polish variation on some more round looking dumplings. Compared to what I am used to they are dry and small, no sauce inside and somehow not so aromatic and full of spices. I had vegan while my friend had meaty ones - both shared this characteristics. Moreover, place is made more into brunch restaurant - serving also some other dishes (I saw udon and some other soups in their menu), also desserts. Tea is not free like in asian dim sum places (but let’s be honest - once you eat din tai fung nothing is the same) and they also serve rich variety of alcohol drinks and coctails. Prices are ok I guess, we paid like 120 pln for two teas and dim sum variety sets. And don’t get me wrong - it’s not disgusting or not tasty. I guess the food is good and they care a lot about the presentation, place is also well managed and as mentioned before staff is very lovely amd helpful - but it’s more like some dumplings steamed. And for dumplings there are better places. And last but not least, after reading all the reviews I was having high hopes for the place - sadly not answered. Still, interesting place if you wanna check out some fusion cuisine.

(I would like to bring in your notice this is not my time visiting your this branch I am adding the photo from my last opinion also and I had to give this place one star, not recommended at all to visit with families, I explained my full experience of today visit please take in serious consideration) I rarely leave negative reviews, but after our experience here today, I feel it’s important to share. While dining with my family, our 2 years child began to cry, which we were trying to calm down. A woman working at your restaurant, who wasn’t even our server, approached our table and made a very harsh comment, saying that it’s “not normal” for a child to cry. Not only was this an inappropriate thing to say, but her tone was rude and condescending. The situation escalated when her behavior took a troubling turn. She made several dismissive and uncomfortable comments that felt not only rude but also had undertones of racism. I don’t want to assume intentions, but the way we were treated—especially compared to how other guests were treated—felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. Children cry—it’s part of being a parent. We were doing our best to handle the situation quietly and quickly. It’s disappointing when a restaurant staff member not only lacks understanding but also treats you and your family in such a hurtful way. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses how their staff interacts with customers. No one should leave a restaurant feeling this uncomfortable or disrespected.

Came here on a Saturday evening. The restaurant is large boasting 4 sections. We had made reservations but I don’t think it’s necessary as there were many empty tables. The vibe is really nice and the decor is appealing. The staff here must take training in avoiding eye contact because we tried unsuccessfully many times to gain their attention but failed so waited a long time to be served and when I arrived informed the maitre d that I have a reservation for 4 people but took me to a table for 2. For starters we had shrimp, edamame and crispy parcels and they were delicious and for mains 2 sets of dumplings and beef bao and they all were tantalizing. We ordered several different cocktails which looked pretty and tasted lush. All in all a good evening just a damper with the wait staff

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dumpling restaurant, and I feel compelled to share it in the hope that the management will take notice and make necessary changes. From the moment I walked in, the waitress was incredibly rude, making me feel unwelcome. She acted as if serving me was a huge inconvenience, which set a terrible tone for the entire meal.

Things only got worse when I questioned the discount on the lunch menu. Instead of clarifying the issue, both the waitress and the manager treated me like I was an idiot. Their condescending attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, I was wrongly charged for a takeout container. One of the containers was biodegradable, which should not have incurred an extra charge, but I was billed for it anyway. This kind of nickel-and-diming is infuriating and dishonest.

As for the food, the dumplings were mediocre at best. They were just okay, definitely not worth the inflated price. Given the poor service and the lackluster quality of the food, my overall impression of this restaurant is very negative.

I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place until they seriously improve both their customer service and their...
