Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Warsaw

I ordered on uber eats. They are already 1 hour 20 minutes late, I have no upadte on my order even though I made request at least 20 times. I don't speak Polish so I can't even call them because when I try I have the machine talking to me in Polish and I don't understand. Even if the pizza is good when it comes (if it ever comes) the service isn't even worth 1 star, I wish I could put 0. My advice would be to never order there (on uber eats at least). Unfortunately if you are like me you will see they have 4.7 on uber eats and see that their service is awful only when you start looking on google because you are having a bad experience... I am starving and I can't even cancel my order to order somewhere else. It's the first time in my life I experience something that bad when ordering...

Awful experience, enough to stop eating from dominos both for myself and everyone i can touch. The cook was talking on the phone, touching and smearing all around the device and its case, then touching my pizza’s dough, cheese and tomatoes BARE HAND. Couldn’t even open the pizza box, went straight into bin next to a restaurant that I went to after a long walk that i took to calm myself down. It wasn’t different than the videos where people cooking with rats and flies either their feet/hands touching everything with 0 hygiene. Absolutnie odradzam. Przed chwilą dostałem pizzę XXL 4 sery, na której sera praktycznie nie było – w smaku kompletnie niewyczuwalny. A przecież pizza 4 sery powinna być nim porządnie napakowana, z charakterystycznym ciągnącym się serem.

Kiedyś byłem fanem tej pozycji z Domino’s, ale to, co przyszło tym razem, było zwyczajnie rozczarowujące. Trudno zrozumieć, jak można dopuścić do wydania taki produkt – ktoś przecież musiał go przygotować, ktoś inny zatwierdzić i spakować do dostawy. Dlaczego nikt nie zareagował?

Mam też wrażenie, że używane są tańsze składniki, np. gorszej jakości mąka (być może importowana z zagranicy), co dodatkowo wpływa na smak i odbiór całości. Niestety, to daje poczucie, że Domino’s szuka oszczędności kosztem klienta.

Szkoda, bo kiedyś było naprawdę dobrze. Teraz niestety to strata czasu, pieniędzy i nerwów. Ja sam muszę wyjść i kupić coś do jedzenia, bo tego, co dostałem w pudełku, nie dało się potraktować...
