I do not know where to begin....

1. The staff is rude, they are not nice and they look always pissed off on you. For every requests, they were not really willing to help. It looked like they did not give much important to customers even though are actually customers who paid their salaries.
2. I have booked 3 apartments and actually none of them have city view. The first one was on the 2nd floor, the other one on the 4th floor and the last one on the 16th floor (but no city view as well, the view was of the building in front of us). The funny thing was that I have book really in advance and I specified that I wanted the apartments in high floors. When I told them it, they were not sorry at all but they were annoyed for my question.
3. The heating system in the apartment on the 16th floor did not worked for the all vacation (two days). Considering that outside was really cool, we had to turn on the oven to have at least in the living room a decent temperature. We told it to the staff and they just said that it should work, but they have never checked it and they have never come in our apartment. In the other two apartments the heating system worked but it was cold anyway.
4. The apartments were for 4 people but there were just two big towels. It looked like either you had to share it with other people or you had to use the small one also after the shower. We had to ask to the staff for additional towels.
5. There are not additional blankets and pillows in the apartment. We asked them to the staff in the evening, but they said that we can just have them in the morning.
6. We have to ask for additional hygienic paper because otherwise we did not have enough for the whole vacation. The apartment was not really clean.
7. They charged me in euro, when everyone knows that it is better to charge the card (issued in euro) in PLN because the exchange is better. I have booked several times hotels/apartments in Poland, and they have always charged my in PLN because it is better for me. The staff did not care just because they are not them money.

P.S. The staff did not answer to my email after my stay to explain my problem. Probably they do not care to improve the service for the next customers because they just care about the...

This is not only a hotel - a collection of small apartments in which lives 12 Ukrainians each 10 Chinese 15 Syrians 10 Arabs and everyone is only waiting for - Polish blondes to jam with them already in the elevator.

Sorry, but I don't think you believe in what the security reception logs say, these are the hard facts are no facts? After all, no one will write anything in the logbook on New Year's Eve when there was a total of 1 receptionist and drunk Ukrainians and Chinese would have to go with him, so please think about him and he says - but my photos are facts, they were entered Gps and time in Exif as well as the content and witnesses. But it's hopeless that I have cards with all the high status to all hotel groups.

You were the only one in Warsaw who told me to pay for Late Checkout the first time - it's hopeless! Download a calendar that is kept very long - the credit is written from the parking but more expensive than in Mariott Hotel Besides, I can't understand why the receptionist didn't move us to another room for what we asked where it would be quieter?

Among other things, I also have a phone number for a man who has rented a room from you and made a party for 53 people! !!!

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room "Superior", at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)!
