Visiting this store on March 11, 2025 was one of the worst experiences of Warsaw. It all started with the fact that the store was supposed to open at 13:30, but it was closed. I had to wait. The saleswoman was late and said that there was nothing wrong with me waiting, just like the customer was standing at the door. She didn't even apologize. Then she wouldn't come behind the counter and I had to ASK her to sell me something, cheese and sausage. She absolutely did not know the range and could not recommend anything and was not interested at all. After I told her that she didn't know what she was selling, she started being rude and threatening. She said that I was in HER COUNTRY as a foreigner and I needed to get back to my country. She expressed nationalistic and racist insults and started kicking me out. She said that if I came TO HER COUNTRY, I should obey her or get out! I politely asked her for the contact of her supervisor or the owner. She said she was the owner of the store and threatened the police. This store is run by Polish nationalists, be careful, you may be scalped here! They can't make proper sausage and cheese themselves, and they sell Italian ones, but they hate...

Loved the shop. True Italian paradise of good quality products. ❤️ You will find there pastas (variety of colors, sizes and tastes), salami, prosciutto, cheeses, wines and prosecco, sweets, pesto, tomato sauces, etc. The shop is new, clean and tidy everywhere.
