So, our waiter Sebastian was very kind but did fail to mention the lunch special when I inquired about whether there was any type of grilled meat on the menu (their grill section mainly consists of fried food) and that was frustrating … the daily meal would have offered me poultry that wasn’t on the menu .. and instead I got a chicken Caesar salad - this chicken was clearly undercooked and I have no clue how it even made it out of the kitchen. Sebastian took it directly to a chef who was speaking to a man who seemed either to be a manager or the owner.. the chef rolled his eyes and shoo’d Sebastian away.. it was uncomfortable for me to see as a customer honestly. There were more issues - we waited a long time for food and then I waited even longer for new chicken.. this rather well dressed, “managerial looking” man was seated on his laptop next to our table and witnessed all of these mishaps. Never in my life have I not had an authority figure in a restaurant not approach our table and apologize for what was happening in their restaurant, and that they would make it right. In my country - an owner of manager witnessing this wouldn’t even let me pay for my chicken - I could have gotten so sick with what they served me - but okay, we are in Poland — yet even all of my polish friends say that at the least he could have offered some sort of condolences and offered us some lemonade or something.. bad business practices - as I mentioned , their grill menu is mainly fried food ,, probably so if you just want to eat healthy you have to order their 100zl+ pork dishes or 140zl steak dish. My partner ordered the is steak dish, it came out raw in the middle. She ordered medium rare but it is no excuse to serve raw meat. We were so tired from this whole thing we didn’t even bother to send it back.
Last thing, that salad I mentioned was slathered so heavily and thickly in dressing I could barely eat the lettuce. Photo attached. We will, most likely, not be returning ..

Read moreThis review refers exclusively to the New Year’s Eve Party on December 31, 2024. We attended as a group of three and purchased the highest VIP package for €189 per person. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations for a VIP offering.
When we arrived at 9:30 PM, the buffet was almost entirely empty. There was no meat available, and we had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be replenished. Once the food was restocked, the quality was disappointing – it felt more like cafeteria-level food. For the price paid, we expected something much higher in quality.
Our VIP table was located directly next to the restroom, which was extremely unpleasant. People were constantly walking past, bumping into us, and it was impossible to sit comfortably or enjoy the evening. There was nothing VIP about this setup.
Overall, the price-performance ratio was very poor. For €189 per person, we expected a first-class experience, including comfortable seating, excellent food, and premium drinks. Instead, the cocktails were mediocre, and the venue was overcrowded. The table, supposedly designed for eight people, could realistically only accommodate six people comfortably.
The atmosphere of the party itself was lively, and the casino games were entertaining, but the organization of the event left much to be desired. Placing the casino games in a separate area would have made the layout less cramped and more enjoyable.
In conclusion, we were disappointed with the organization of the New Year’s Eve Party. At this price point, we expected a much better experience. This review is solely about the event and does not reflect the restaurant in general.

Read moreI've made a reservation via the phone for the business dinner with my colleagues, when we arrived the hostes told us there was no reservation made under my name. Instead of saying sorry, they asked us to wait. After 10 min of waiting they finally noticed a table prepared for us, but after that manager (?) came to me to talk and started yelling at me that they have special rules for big groups of people and I should have got an email with confirmation of reservation, etc. All the speech was soooo rude, I was totally shocked. Then we were waiting for the food and drinks (even water!) for 1 hour, food was average and for some of us it was served cold. Tips were included into the bill by default. Music was so loud, we could barely hear each other. In the end of the evening manager contacted me once again asking details about my reservation and asked if I enjoyed the evening 🤦 I reminded him that his behavior was rude and acceptable, he repiled questioning me if after all I enjoyed their food 🤯 I'm so shocked that I don't even know how to comment on that.
