Personnel- polite, but somehow slow/busy with talking to a friend (or another employee).
During our time there (30min), 2 tables neighbouring with our table were NOT CLEANED...even if not many other guests in the cafe and personnel would have had time for this... I am quite a good observer and can see places where personnel is really "in the move" like bees... Here-they are like relaxed, good-looking...
