The service in this place turned out to be the worst I have ever experienced. A young waitress, around 19 years old, suddenly started making complaints in a harsh tone, raising her voice for the entire restaurant to hear. The issue? I was waiting for my turn at the restroom in front of the door instead of standing to the side as she preferred. When I refused to move—because her demand was completely unreasonable and clearly driven by a bad day—her aggressive tone only escalated.
Later, I politely asked her colleague for the waitress’s name, but they refused to tell me. In fact, even the colleague’s own name was apparently a secret. When I asked if this was some kind of anonymous service, I got a bizarre response: “It’s part of the GDRP.(Polish RODO)” At that moment, the waitress overheard the conversation, stormed over to our table, and, in a harsh and threatening tone, shouted across the restaurant: “Do you have a problem?!”
Only then did I start looking around and realize the true nature of this place. Trash was scattered on the floor, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and professional service seemed to be a foreign concept here. Until that moment, I hadn’t really thought about the type of restaurant this was—but now it became painfully clear , this was the kind of place people walk into by accident and never return to.
What made the situation even more absurd was the secrecy surrounding the staff’s names. In any normal restaurant, a waiter’s name is not just openly available—it’s displayed right on their uniform on a name tag. This is a basic standard of customer service, ensuring accountability and approachability. Here, however, the staff acted like revealing their names was some kind of classified information, which only reinforced the feeling that professionalism was nonexistent.
To top it all off, when it came time to pay, the other waitress refused to split the bill. No explanations, no apologies—just a blunt refusal. And what if I had money on different cards and needed to pay in multiple transactions? What if I wanted to split the check fairly with friends? This level of inflexibility is just ridiculous. In any decent restaurant, accommodating different payment methods is standard practice, yet here, it seemed like even the simplest requests were met with resistance and attitude.
This was, without a doubt, my worst customer experience. Treating paying customers this way is absurd. I didn’t walk out immediately only because I didn’t want to ruin my friends’ evening, so I kept my order minimal and only got a drink to avoid further interaction with the staff.
What’s happening here isn’t just bad service—it’s actively driving customers away, which, in the long run, is a death sentence for any business. If the owner actually cares about the success of this restaurant, they need to take immediate action and get their staff in order before the place completely loses its reputation.
Very very very poor(moreover, I noticed that many similar reviews coming from foreigners speaking different languages). Makes you...
Read moreEng Food and beverages are basically ok but service is a scandal. The staff is rude and has absolutely no respect for customers.
Summarizing we had to wait 1,5 h (with a Little baby) just to make an order in spite of asking the staff many times for providing a menu (finally we took it ourselves) and take an order.
I'd like to emphasize that the place wasn't crowded that day and there was enough staff (chatting with each other inside).
I consider waiting 2 hours for a quick coffee and a bite unacceptable. I regret my 3 month old baby haven't started to scream.. that he is already tired and hungry. Anyway even people coming without babies doesn't have that much time!
Unfortunately it is not the first time that the staff behave like that.

Karta i jedzenie ok, ale obsługa to za każdym razem SKANDAL i czyste chamstwo. Zupełny brak kultury, szacunku i zainteresowania gośćmi.
Usiadłam z koleżanką w ogródku z małym dzieckiem w wózeczku. Przez 30 min nie doczekałyśmy się na kartę, więc wzięłyśmy ją samodzielnie zza kontuaru. Następnie mimo kilkukrotnych próśb o doniesienie karty win i odebranie zamówienia musiałyśmy czekać kolejne 30 min.

3/1/19. I would love to elaborate (After having received a comment from the owner). I have been to your place several times, and even though the service is normally quite poor (rude, unwelcoming staff), the food and atmosphere normally makes up for it. However this time we didn't even get served. After having waited for 30 minutes (without any staff welcoming anyone in the queue) three people in front of us decided to sit down at an empty table, and got served. We, a group of 4 people, asked a waiter for a time estimate of getting a table, and the only reply we got was "I don't know, we are between shifts", while she was cleaning cutlery and watching something on her phone. I asked someone else, who just looked at me and walked away. Last, a person came up to us and said she was sorry, but that they couldn't serve more people and that we couldn't sit down, even though there was several empty tables. I asked what it meant, and if we should just wait a bit more - to that she replied, we cannot serve more people today. This was at 14:00 on the 1st of January.
It seems that someone didn't turn up for their shift, but the lack of service was astonishing. I see absolutely NO reason for coming back. We decided to go to SAM on the other side of the street, and had a great experience. So good that we went there again the next day.
With a background in hospitality and restaurants, I understand that you can have good and bad days, however the team working on the 1st should give you an explanation of why more than 15-20 people all walked out of the restaurant, very disappointing with the experience...
