Awful customer service, the worst on Wilanów, if not in Warsaw. The salesman screamed at me in front of children , because the order was not clear for him. He also mentioned that 'he is explaining me in Polish, why i can't get it??', which was pretty xenofobic and basically nonsense, as we are both foreigners, and I'm fluent in Polish. Not sure, why me and all the people in the shop had to listen to these crazy screams on Saturday morning. Not even the best products quality they offer. Hope, this place...

The ice-cream is made fresh daily - I went too early one day and they only had one flavour ready! It really is made every day - they can also read n out of certain flavours later in the day. But with a great selection I have never been disappointed in the food I received. Great flavours. Friendly service. Seating inside and outside. Other great looking Italian sweets on offer.
