KFC Warszawa Ursynów 3 — Restaurant in Warsaw

If this is what KFC Polska wants to try and pass off as KFC, it should be ashamed. Bad tempered staff who literally roll their eyes when you have the cheek to tell them that the bucket of fries that you just purchased were cold, half empty and like cardboard.

The shakes were slimy and watery and not particularly tasty and both of the Zinger burgers that we bought were old, cold and stale. In reality, if the food had been cooked 8 hours before we bought it, it wouldn't be a surprise.

This isn't the first time that I have had an experience like this in a Polish KFC, but it will be the last.

We ordered delivery, when I arrive it was a completely different order, we couldn't get anyone on the phone so one of us has went there to with the food we got. They have remade the food for us but my friend forgot to check if we got everything and when he went back we realized that we didn't get 3 large fries. We ware tired with the whole situation so we just left it at that, but the food in delivery is more expensive then at the restaurant so not only we have not received our fries but also we paid more for food we had to deliver ourselves. No compensation for that mistake, not even a promocode or something. I get that mistakes happen, but the way it was...

So I made an order today with delivery and it arrived after 2 hours. Cold, disgusting, no taste. No apology from the delivery guy, only thing he said they have a new system that now is prioritizing orders, so it looks like the brilliant new system left me to be the last?? or what happened? Anyway, I don't recommend this restaurant, food is prepared in rush, customer support is not that great either. I called to make a complaint, they kept me 17 minutes on hold. One less customer for...
