Dear Sir or Madam,
Let me express my deep disappointment after visiting your café — not as an irritated customer, but as a professional with decades of experience observing gastronomic standards at airports worldwide.
It started with what I believe was an attempt to overcharge: three Coca-Colas charged instead of two. Fine, mistakes happen, and the issue was quickly resolved by offering me the extra drink. But at an airport, where time and trust matter, such errors should not happen.
Then came the waiting time. Despite minimal crowd, the preparation and delivery were unusually long. I waited patiently, hoping the quality would make up for it.
But the final blow came when I received the food.
The French fries were dry, tiny, clearly old or left out for too long.
The boiled potatoes were watery, with an odd sweet aftertaste, as if they had been frozen and poorly thawed.
The meat was thin and overly dry, showing signs of overcooking or poor preparation.
Only the dumplings were tolerable.
Worst of all — everything was served cold. In an airport café, this is simply unacceptable.
My professional verdict: This is not airport-level service. An airport is the face of the city and the country — it shapes the visitor’s first impression. A place like this has no right to operate in such a...
Read moreThe service was horrible. The tall thin kid at the counter got irritated because I couldn't understand his English (hello, you work at an international airport) and when I asked for my salad without sauce he snatched my plate from me, badmouthed me to the chefs, and returned with a fresh salad and disdain on his face. I can't tell if this is rooted in racism or if it's just the European restaurant way but I'm tired of the bad service industry in Europe. I'm adding it to my list of "never again," and there are many in Europe. The other kid at the counter spoke less English but was a bit more accommodating. If you just want to sit, it's a good atmosphere but if you want food, get some at your own risk. Also, they put shot after shot into the same glass cup on the espresso machine so the espresso always tastes stale. I don't recommend this place, you will be better off at the Costa in...
Read moreVery bright and nicely decorated place. Play area for kids with colouring pencils and paper, train track and other toys and tv big bonus. Now food- everything we’ve ordered was lovely, very tasty. Good size portions to. Service was ok - but sometimes little smile goes long way and stuff seem to forget that( that doesn’t mean they were rude). Only let down was no fish on the menu so the other non- meaty options were quite limited. Prices were ok- considering that’s airport restaurant. Other places were lot more expensive for what we looked at!( veg haloumi burger 49.99 zl!!!). Overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking to have proper polish meal just...
