I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The prices are not justifiably high for the service I was expecting at this hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I will start in order: I checked in with two cats, you have to pay extra for cats and the hotel is pets friendly, a definite plus, but they don't even have cat litter boxes. According to the hotel, do people who check into a hotel that will obviously be flying on an airplane carry litter boxes with them? When I wanted to order room service to eat, unfortunately, even on the 5th time no one answered me. Only by dialing the front desk was I transferred to the restaurant line and was able to order food. I lived in two rooms, one room had a very noisy air conditioner. I could also hear well outside the door as someone was walking, cleaning, talking as they walked down the hall. In the restaurant the first time we ate, the service was 1 out of 10. I forgot to bring wine, we waited for steaks for about 30 minutes, tea was brought right away for some reason and not after the meal, the dishes that I ordered were put on the table not for me. The waitress was scolding the waiter guy, who was apparently a trainee. In general, a very unpleasant experience, we would have been better to go to McDonald's, there we would have received better service and would have saved $ 150-200 5. Also I would like to pay attention to the furniture, sliding doors closet in 510 room hardly open and close. The burger in the room, I ate half of it, and the fact that I was very hungry. I had the impression that the burger was sprinkled with pepper. And the last thing I decided staff decided to finish me off, so this is his letter to me at the email that I allegedly what I did not pay and if I do not want problems, I have to pay urgently. I asked what I had not paid, I still have not received an answer. As well as an apology. I can not thank you for your hospitality and good, responsible service. I can only recommend this hotel for...

The check-in was carried out efficiently and professionally by the friendly staff and, with the room allocated, I made my way up to the top floor to look for my room.
The room was very spacious, featuring a very modern, but pleasing design and comprised a Wardrobe, a large Desk space and a full King-Size Bed with a very comfortable matrass, a Minibar, Tea and Coffee making facilities and a fully equipped Bathroom with a shower that had a “Rain dance” Shower, as well as a normal shower head. Baring in mind, that this hotel is literally opposite the Arrival/departure Hall of the Warsaw Chopin Airport, the soundproofing of the windows was very well done.
The Hotel Bar was staffed with friendly staff and offered a good selection of drinks like you would expect for a n establishment of this calibre. The same is true for the Restaurant, which served some amazing dishes, all presented to a very high standard.
Breakfast was, again, very well presented with all the options available and the quality products used one expects from a hotel in this category.
I have to say that I found it a little “strange”, to say the least, that I was asked during check-in if I wanted to settle the account immediately? When I stated that I wanted to be able to have Bar and Restaurant bills signed to my Room account, they opened a very modest line of credit by placing an amount on “hold” on my Credit card. During subsequent visits to the Bar and to the Restaurant, I found the “eagerness” of the staff to charge me for the items ordered immediately a little off-putting. It went so far, that I was even charged, against my room account, for a Restaurant meal I only just had placed an order for. The same “theme” was continued into the rooms, where the Minibar was locked, with no key to be found. This is NOT what I expect from such a Hotel.
However, all of this cannot spoil the truly excellent stay I had in this beautiful Hotel and I sure will be back in the...
Read moreI wish I could’ve stayed much longer! I loved the time I spent at the Renaissance Warsaw Airport, from the fresh rooms to the amazing staff and everything in between.
The location is literally across the street from the airport. It’s the easiest walk to any hotel. You won’t need any kind of shuttle. To access the city center, just utilize the airport’s light rail station. Super simple—that’s the European way for ya!
The staff exhibited wonderful customer service. Somebody was always on call for whatever need I might’ve had or request I might’ve made. Service was given with a warm, (masked) smile and a genuine investment in the guest’s satisfaction. I now know what Polish hospitality looks like!
In keeping with how new and modern this Renaissance looks exteriorly, the rooms were spectacular. Not only clean and comfy, but fresh, well-appointed, bright, modern, and luxurious. Soundproofing was 100% perfect too. After some hotel experiences in Estonia, this one felt so amazing and inspiring. Not to mention the lovely Bonvoy TV, with all its great features. Loved the room!
There is an on-site restaurant, which serves yummy food, albeit in small portions. A fitness center and pool are also available, if I correctly remember. Wifi and breakfast are free, the latter only if included in your room rate. I appreciated the discounted, breakfast-included rate I got as a Bonvoy elite—basically I got breakfast for only five bucks more, as opposed to thirty more for others. And the selection of food was top-notch! Awesome amenities all around!
I really don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel. It’s a paradigm for all fellow Renaissance properties to study and heed. I look forward to...
