Update: August 2024: The food is still nice (but nothing special) but the service is abysmal. We waited to be seated and nobody came so we seated ourselves (there were around 4 other customers in total), the order was placed reasonably promptly but then the food (3 pizza and a salad) took an unusually long time to come. The bell in the kitchen kept ringing but the waitress didn't care. When she eventually decided she could be bothered she had a little chat first and then brought the food over, slamming each plate down on the table. Nobody checked if everything was OK as is the normal way in a restaurant, we finished and still nobody came. We asked for the bill after a long wait and got out of there. Despite family living 100 metres away I'd rather travel further for Italian food in future, to somewhere that values customers a little more. It's no wonder it's so empty in there on a Friday night! Came across this place by chance as it was near my hotel. Delicious food, generous portions and excellent prices. I had a pizza, dessert, Aperol spritz and a small bottled water for 94zl which is less than £18 at the time of writing. Amazing. A special mention has to go to the lovely waiter, unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was so friendly and engaging and gave me some tips for other Polish goodies to try. I 100% recommended this restaurant to anyone in the area looking for delicious Italian food at a fantastic price with top service 😊

I liked the place a lot. The service was the best in Warsaw so far. The waiter came immediately with a menus and later asked if we liked it or not. The other waiter offered us a blanket as we placed outside. They brought lemon for the water we ordered and also focaccia with olive oil as a complement while we were waiting for the main dish. My pizza was okay, my friend liked her pasta a lot.

Jestem bardzo zawiedziona sytuacja która miała miejsce w dniu dzisiejszym. Ja i moja rodzina byliśmy stalymy klientami piazzy,wyprawialismy sporo eventow I nie mielismy nigdy większych zastrzezen co do restauracji. Dzisiaj to sie niestety zmienia. Zostalam przydzielona do stolika obok którego stał pełen stojący stojalak z kurtkami gości. W pewnym momencie klientka restauracji postanowila zabrać swoją kurtke z owego stojaka.W rezeulacie drewniany,ciężki wieszak uderzył w tyl mojej głowy .Czy tylko moim zdaniem jest to lekko mówiąc dziwne, że na cala restauracje która nie jest mała stoi jeden niestabilny stojak? Pomijam fakt, że napoje podano nam po 25 minutach a danie główne dobrą godzine. Pan Filip-kelner właściwie specjalnie nie zainteresowal się sprawa która spotkala jego klientów. Wlaciciel w ramach zatuszowania sprawy wręczyl nam wino, myslac ze wszystko jest ok. Zainwestujcie w parę stojakow lub wieszaki w restauracji aby kurtki pod wpływem ciężaru nie przewracaly sie na klientów. Jeśli na moim miejscu znajdowalo się jakieś dziecko moglaby to sie skończyć szyciem glowy lub czymś gorszym.. Na szczęście u mnie skonczylo sie tylko guzem.
