This is truly the best Vietnamese restaurant in all of Warsaw...in fact, it's my most favorite restaurant in all of Poland.
As a New Yorker living in Warsaw, I spent a lot of time trying to find a place that reminded me of home, a place that let me feel like a regular...Xin Chao became this for me.
Not only is the food impeccably delicious, fresh, and always bursting with flavor...but the restaurant itself is warm, beautiful, and always feels cozy. Whether you're on a solo dinner or with a group of friends -- Xin Chao is IT. It's designed in a tasteful manner and feels super inviting for any mood I'm in. It not only feels like a local spot....it also is. It's so nice to see the same regulars here day to day -- feels like we're not all living in the algorithm quite yet.
The Bun Cha is the BEST I've EVER had. As well as the Vietnamese coffee!!! And the menu is incredible -- it's inventive and offers cool dishes that I am always eager to try. The portions are filling and for what you're getting -- it's super affordable. You'll get a quarter of the portion for twice the price at any neighboring restaurant.
Plus, the staff, chef, and owners are the best people you'll ever meet.
I've been gate-keeping this restaurant for too long...if you're in Warsaw -- try this place. It's...

All this in soy sauce. You can imagine the taste being mostly just salt. Moreover, how do you manage to overcook rice with a rice cooker? It's a skill. I should have taken a picture. I was preoccupied with trying to get my money's worth by even remotely filling my stomach and leaving asap to rinse my mouth. At least they have lo-fi music playing and plants. So there was an...
Read moreThe reception lady speaks English and was being friendly to recommend me the meals. We ordered Dui Ga and fried Udon beef. I recommend the Dui Ga more. Dui Ga is made by fried chicken leg with coating, it’s more filling than Udon, also cheaper than Udon. But in general their meals were too salty, if less salty, then I will give 5 stars. Their spicy sauce with some vinegar so it’ll be tasted kind of sour, interesting. I enjoyed their decorations a lot, they also have outdoor seats, relaxing and casual vibe. Nice place for eating alone or...
