Restauracja Terra — Restaurant in Warsaw

Took quite a few days after contacting this restaurant via email to get a reply as all of my party had dietary restrictions. Dietary restrictions are we are vegetarian and don't eat anything that contains eggs, onions, garlic, spring onions, leeks or any other alliums. Once received a reply I was informed that there would be a few dishes that could be modified to cater for us. We then made a reservation, arrived at the restaurant. We then looked at the menu and told the server of our restrictions. We also informed that we emailed well in advance and we're told that dishes could be changed for us. The server then went to talk to the chefs and then came back saying that most items couldn't be modified as they all contain onions and garlic etc. We had only the once dishes we could eat. We then left and not entirely happy or satisfied with the service. Considering it's a restaurant where everything is cooked on site and fresh we weren't able to eat anything. Stayed in the hotel next to but decided to have a lunch at Terra. The hotel is a bit old, the interior is not fresh. The bartender girl who was serving me a lunch was very sweet and professional, the only one there. The rest of the team looked unhappy, no greetings, no smiles. When I was leaving the manager or so, his uniform looked different than other servers, he also had a bit of make up.
