Subway — Restaurant in Warsaw

What a bad service, really shame on Subway, you should end service the person who was there, unfortunately I didn't take the name but he was on 12.00 am early morning on 17. July 2023, we request the food and it should be open 24 hrs, the guy shouting on us and we tell him in English why not giving us the food politely as all the food is available and it is open 24 hrs, then shouted again in polish language we didn't understand what is the issue. We ordered a tuna sandwich with vegetables, and we received almost empty bread. Honestly, it's a joke! This has already occurred a few times. We are completely unsure of what to expect from a subway order. It needs to be said to the staff to prepare food of standard quality! Who wants to eat bread...

Zamówiłam kanapkę z jajkiem, serem, szynka, pomidorem, ogórkiem, prażona cebulka, czerwoną cebulką, sosem miodowo musztardowym. Jajka szukałam dobre pół godziny. Niestety chyba było kukułcze bo go nie było. Zapłaciłam prawie 40 zł za kanapkę, która zawierała uwaga: szynke, ogórka i pomidora. Nie polecam i nigdy więcej nie zamówie. Nie omieszkam również za stratę pieniędzy zrobić wam anty reklamy na Instagramie i tiktoku. Przykro mi, że trafiliście akurat na "osobę publiczna", ale tego Wam nie odpuszczę. To jest kompletny brak szacunku do klienta. Brak szacunku do jego pieniędzy, czasu... Dla mnie te 40 zł nie jest problemem. Ale są osoby, które na te 20 zł pracują 2 godziny. A Wy nic sobie z tego nie robicie. Nie ma na to mojego przyzwolenia. Czuję się okradziona przez Wasza firmę. Moja noga nigdy więcej u Was nie...
