Sushi Icons — Restaurant in Warsaw

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but I was let down. I ordered the tuna bowl and the salmon burger. Almost every item on the menu includes cream cheese, which doesn’t make sense to me.

My tuna bowl had about six small cubes of tuna and was loaded with cream cheese. The portion was tiny, and it felt like they used the weight of the cream cheese to make it seem bigger. The salmon burger looked clean and appealing in the photos, but in reality it was covered in sauce. It was so messy that they give you gloves to eat it.

I specifically asked the girl at the desk for no cream cheese in the bowl and said having it on the burger was fine, but I got the exact opposite. It was not what I wanted and not what the menu description suggested.

If you are looking for clean, healthy sushi, this is not the place. I spent 112 PLN (with a 10% discount), which felt very expensive for what I received. Overall, I was not happy and...

Friday evening. Made an order at 20:20. I was told that the waiting time was going to be up to 2 hours, but they delivered my order with almost 1,5 hours delay (at 23:40). The funniest thing was I couldn’t even call support because they didn’t work at that time. And I didn’t know should I wait for the courier or just go to sleep. Management are you kidding me? Where is your service? Have you heard anything about planning and working with customers' expectations? Poor service, waist time, and ruined evening. Thanks for such “awesome”...

Sushi itself are good and tasty, but the delivery is terrible. Delivery is late for more than one hour from the estimate, there is no way to contact because on the phone there is auto-reply (sorry, we already closed, call us tomorrow) and there are no other contact options. I believe that the restaurant should at least notify about such significant delays and at least apologize for that. One hour delivery - is more that enough for other sushi restaurants to make and deliver an order...
