I’ve read many great reviews about the good service here, so I was looking forward to a similar experience. Unfortunately, my visit didn’t quite meet those expectations. I arrived around 12:00, and there was only one person ahead of me waiting for their food. I ordered a Pad Thai and waited almost 20 minutes for it to arrive. I also ordered a hot Thai tea, which took another 5 minutes, and it was so hot that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I could drink it, long after finishing my meal.
The Pad Thai didn’t quite match the picture and came with only a small portion of chicken, which felt disappointing given the price. The highlight of my visit was definitely the Thai tea, it was aromatic and delicious, reminding me of home.
Overall, I hope the restaurant can improve its service flow and provide proper dine in plates instead of small disposable wooden ones that transfer heat and make the dining experience less...
