At the beginning of the year we went to this coffee shop in Rynek me and my mother. We go to this coffee shop regularly. We often have our breakfast there. On that day, after a couple of minutes of sitting down and before ordering anything, the employee came to us saying that this place is for their customers. I told her we are your customer too. She said but you didn’t order anything yet. I told her we will order. We were upset by her behavior. I told my mother what the employee said and my mother was angry and we left the coffee shop. This is the first time someone treats us like this. We are always there in the coffee shop and they all know us. We are regular customer and we always invite our friends to meet there and have breakfast and coffee there. I don’t know why she behaved like this. We left the coffee shop and we decided not to go back there again. I am writing this just to let all know. It was today 6th Jan 2024 at around 05:30 PM. And the employee is a female and has a long blond hair.

This was my impression before : Excellent coffee shop. A place to have a good time, to relax and to get a delicious drink and a delicious piece of cake 🍰

Przykro mi za opinie innych ludzi którzy chwalą obsługę bo ja mam tylko nieprzyjemne doświadczenia, poza jednym chłopakiem który jest miły (blondyn, chyba jedyny chłopak który tam pracuje) to wiele z dziewczyn to zwykłe naburmuszone karyny, najbardziej wieśniarska jest ta brunetka z nadętymi ustami która tydzień temu (16.07 około godziny 13) przewracała oczami jak miała robić kawe mi i mojej znajomej i wyraźnie pokazała niezadowolenie, że musi robić dwie różne kawy "bo taka sama będzie szybciej" gdzie różnica była w tym że w jednej kawie miał być syrop, a w drugiej nie :) wczoraj umyłam ręce w toalecie i chciałam zamówić kawę i zwróciła mi uwagę żeby nie korzystać z toalety zanim się coś zamówi bo "toaleta jest tylko dla klientów" oraz "inne dziewczyny co tu pracują by na panią najechały" (coś w tym stylu) i mówi to mi po tym jak złożyłam zamówienie. dziewczyna nie musi pamiętać mnie, że jestem stałą klientką ale powinna posiadać minimum kultury i podejścia do klienta i wiedzieć, kiedy wypada na co zwrócić uwagę. Niemiłą obsługę ignorowałam i tak długo ale już mam dość, poleciłam to miejsce kilku znajomym i tych samych znajomych chętnie zniechęcę do odwiedzania miejsca w którym najwyraźniej warunki sprzyjają żeby obsługa była tak opryskliwa i nieprzyjemna bo za długo i za często...

A great bakery where you can get fresh bread and pastries. The prices are convenient and you can take away your order or dine in. The interiors are stylish and cozy. The shortcakes are wonderful and the carrot juice is the best I ever had. This is a nice place to visit with your family. We visited both in 2019...
