Im shoping there from time to time. Once I locked my bike at the bike parkingin next to the door, under renoma camera hanging outside of that bloody door few meters away and someone stolen my bike. So customer service told me they can't do nothing, it's not under their attention, that they can not help with monitoring which obviously would help. So what for that camera hanging there for, I've asked? It gives me false safety feeling. That girl, which probably still walking to school told me to I can contact with building menagement and ask. Only if bike would be inside they would react. Obviously there's no place to lock bike inside so it's pointless. Next time I would go inside and will lock new bike o over there...but here I'm pretty sure that ironically they will tell me to lock it outside where is place for that... I call police and waited almost 2 hours and nobody came. It was winter time no nobody call me back, nothing, nada.
