Ha-Noi — Restaurant in Wrocław

I waited for the food 2h40 (!!!). I had to call the restaurant 3 times to make sure I'd get the food at all. Each time I kept being told such things as "it'll only take 20-25 min more, please wait", "the food will arrive in 5 min" which in reality took much longer. I was just told unrealistic things to keep quiet! The food was disastrous. Noodles came in a shapeless solid form, that you could only put on the tip of a fork (pic 1). In 2 other meals rice, that was ordered, was missing!!!! (And we payed for it too!!!). NEVER AGAIN. Totally not recommendable. There are a couple of similar restaurants in the area where I've never had...

I ate here like five times, but i dont like it. Most of the working ladies are very unmotivated and unfriendly. If you ask them something in polish about the menu, they only say unmotivated 'yes' or 'no'. Dont expect helping answers. Nice portions, but the sauces dont taste naturally. Been there quite a few times and the experience it always consistent, at a decent level. That's not a luxury restaurant of course, but if you're looking decent food, at a low price with an shopping experience corresponding to such place level you'll get that definitely.
