Worst food delivery experience and customer service ever!!!

The restaurant didn't seal the boxes (photos) and the entire curry spilled onto my shoes!!! not to mention all over rider's hands.

I went down to pick up my order from the rider and as soon as she pulled the Woo Thai paper bag out of her bag pretty much the entire curry fell out of bottom of the paper bag onto my shoes (which is completely ruined). There was so much curry dripping out from the bag, the bag broke and I had to run up and get a plastic bag to bring the delivery.

Came upstairs and discovered the boxes were not seals properly. Knowing it was definitely not the rider I called the restaurant and I was told to contact Ubereats and she tried to blame the rider without a single apology!!!!! It was definitely the restaurant not the rider (the seal is normally very difficult to open and I usually have to use a knife)

I was very disappointed by the girl's attitude and VERY upset my new pairs of shoes are...

I was there early on a Monday evening with my wife and children to celebrate a birthday. The service was very slow inattentive, and the food was only average. The prices were higher than the food and service warranted. My son had chicken satay with chips. The total amount of chicken was about a quarter of a medium sized breast which came with about 25 shoestring chips. I asked for more chips, and a small portion arrived which was billed at 12zl. The table and seating were adequate, although the place had no great atmosphere. I was previously not overly enthusiastic about Ban Thai, which is another Thai restaurant, but it was much better in every respect than Woo Thai. Jadłam w tej restauracji nie jeden raz, jedzenie bylo dobre, raz zdarzyla sie pewna nieprzyjemnosc ze zbyt slonym pad thaiem ale ogolnie poziom byl wysoki, dania duze i smaczne i wlasnie to sklonilo mnie, aby wybrac sie tu razem ze swoimi znajomymi. Zarezerwowalismy stolik szescioosobowy, osobiscie bo nikt nie odbiera telefonu, a dodatkowo pozostawiono nas z informacja ze za rezerwacje zycza sobie 10% z calego rachunku. Przyjechalismy na miejsce i zastalismy stol dla 4 osob z dostawionymi fotelami po bokach. Jako ze talerze sa tu dosyc duze, mielismy problem z jedzeniem i staralismy sie bardzo mocno uwazac, aby nikt sobie nie wytracil lokciem widelca czy paleczek z rak. Co do samego jedzenia, zamowilismy glownie makarony (pad thai i makaron w mleku kokosowym), ktore byly bardzo suche, miejscami przypalone. Zglosilismy te uwage kelnerowi, ktory chcial nas poratowac sosem sojowym dla jak to nazwal zwilzenia dania, co wedlug mnie bylo totalna porazka. Mleka kokosowego nawet nie bylo czuc w jednym z dan. Dolaczam zdjecie jedengo z makaronow, aby pokazac jak byl suchy. Po chwili jedzenia pad thaia z wolowina moj chlopak natrafil na czesc miesa z jakims glutem (serio inaczej tego nazwac nie umiem) a to calkowicie pozbawilo go apetytu. O tym fakcie rowniez poinformowalismy kelnera, ale on nie widzial w tym problemu. Obsluga w ogole nie brala pod uwage tego, co mowilismy, a ja czulam sie jak w jakim tanim barze, gdzie przemial ludzi jest ogromny i nikt nie zwraca uwagi na klientow. Wszystko tez trwalo bardzo dlugo, spedzilismy tam az trzy godziny. Wedlug mnie restauracja osiadla na laurach, jakosc jedzenia jak i obslugi spadla, o jakimkolwiek zadbaniu o klienta nie ma mowy. Nie zostalismy w zaden sposob przeroszeni za jakosc jedzenia, nic nie zostalo nam wymienione, nie dostalismy nawet niczego, co mogloby zrekompensowac niedogodnosci, a kelner tlumaczyl sie tylko nowym kucharzem, w co nie chcialo nam sie wierzyc. Pod koniec kelner chyba przez 10 minut podliczal nasze zamowienie i ewidentnie mial z tym duzy problem. Nie polecam nikomu, juz wiecej tu nie przyjde. WOO THAI, bardzo mnie zawiedliscie.
