Pomiędzy cafe&bistro — Restaurant in Wrocław

I don't get the extremely positive reviews.

We've went for breakfast at 10am on a Saturday. Beside us there were only 2 ohter people in the Cafè.

Right from the start one of the waitresses gave of a "I don't really care attitude".

We asked if they have outside seating because from the outside it looked like they have a patio. The answer from said waitress was: "Well look around. If you find something let me know cause we're not hiding anything".

Banana coffee smoothie was mediocre with an very bitter taste and with coffee grounds inside the glass.

I had the bacon pancake. Bacon partiality burnt and partially raw. Same with the pancakes. Not really a flavor to it besides flour and maple sirup.

Toast with egg was ok.

The older woman who was propably the cook (because she was wearing an apron with flour over it) was very nice.

Points for the bathroom. Very clean and with a variety of sanitary products.

Interieur was nice.

Perfect breakfast place and the best way to start your day.

This charming and warm family run place puts a lot of heart into both food and service. The staff are super attentive and helpful. They will make every effort to prepare your food the way you like it.

The food is just fantastic with good sized portions and very yummy. Note on weekends and busy moment waiting times might be longer but it’s absolutely worth it and you never feel rushed.

Good place to work too with both well lit and darker spaces available. Music is just right and not too loud.

Although there are some steps, the staff offer help to wheelchair users and have clients who use the space. The interior itself is well adjusted for...

2 za brak spójności i obsługę z nastrojem w kratkę.

Przychodzę na szakszukę kilka razy, wszystko spoko. Smaczna etc. Co prawda raz dostaję, 2 duże kromki pieczywa, a czasem 2 "plasterki bagietki", ale cóż. Pytam czy macie może pikantną opcję i dowiaduję się, że da się zrobić, mam tylko poprosić następnym razem. Bardzo mnie to cieszy.

Szakszuka, kolejne podejście, obsługuje mnie uśmiechnięta blondynka. Proszę o wersję na ostro. Pani sugeruje, że przecież ona jest pikantna, na co odpowiadam zaskoczona, że nie takie info dostałam, dlatego zaznaczam. Pani przestawia się na tryb "przesłuchania" i pyta kiedy byłam tu ostatnio. Mówię, że w tym tygodniu ze 2 razy, a ona dopytuje kiedy. Bardzo przepraszam, nie prowadzę pamiętniczka. Pani dość stanowczo tłumaczy, że codziennie przygotowana jest nowa szakszuka, i na bank pikantna. Obsługa- mega słabo. Szakszuka ok.

Szakszuka, kolejny akt. Na dzień dobry zamawiam kawę latte, na lodzie, ale przyszła nie taka. Zblendowana i z cukrem. Pan z obsługi wymienił ją na kawę z lodem (idealnie), z tym że kawy było tam tyle, że jedynie zabarwiła kolor mleka na beżowy. Piłam mleko, ale nie chciało mi się już truć. Nadeszła wyczekana szakszuka. Z nieściętym, płynnym białkiem, mega nieapetycznie. Jajko zawsze spoko, a tu nagle to. Zwróciłam na to uwagę, na co pan z obsługi nr 2, zasugerował, że jak sobie zmieszam z całością to będzie ok. Zmieszać? Jajko sadzone? PS: Wbrew zapewnieniom pani blondynki - nie była pikantna.

I tak też z miejsca, któremu chcę dać 5 - za lokalizacje, z reguły za kawę i za wystrój - daję 2. Wiem, że nie zatrudniacie byle kogo, ale może warto zwrócić uwagę, że obsługa nie zawsze...
