Aula Leopoldina — Attraction in Wrocław

18th century Baroque room. The room is very beautiful in its proportions and decorations. However, the paintings are not up to standard and this is quite surprising: we are far from the artistic quality of the work of the Italian Masters that we find in other buildings of this period, with here rather crude paintings with very little detail (are these the original paintings?). Definitely visit this place if you're in Wroclaw. I could have spent hours gazing at the painted ceilings and walls in the Aula Leopoldina room especially, but there's 4 attractions to see and they are all great. 2 x painted rooms, one little museum and a tower view from the roof. Worth a visit as beautiful and very good value @ 20 PLN / £4 per person. The place needs more signage as to where to go and what to see as it wasn't clear. As we were about to leave we realised there was another hall on the ground floor. There was no ine un there but us as I don't think people realised it was there. The staff weren't very helpful and did not seem interested in either guiding visitors or advising them. Would be good to offer...
