Okay, so... The day before we went for small nibbles and drinks. We were served by a very nice guy, apparently it was the first day at work for him, so we were very lenient. He invited us for tomorrow. Then we came for proper dinner day after, the girl we met at the entrance was very rude to us. Her attitude was an unacceptable. She said that she would not find a table for us, she could not answer politely. When we got home, I decided to try to book a table by phone. Unfortunately, the same girl answered the phone, she knew its me. She was even more rude and said that the evening is so busy that it would be impossible to find a table. Later on we went for dinner and we decided to ask for the table just walk in. There were 3 tables with guests in the restaurant, there was no busy. Nice guy invited us to the table, when she saw us she was mad, and she gave us dirty looks. We felt uncomfortable, she deliberately avoided our table. Fortunately, a nice guy took care of us. At the end, the girl seemed to want to get rid of us, she came up and asked what else we are waiting for. I wanted to answer that it was a striptease, but I bit my tongue. She handed over the bill, she didn't give us a chance to get acquainted with it, but stood like a hyena over me. I paid the bill, and suddenly I saw that it wasn't our bill. She was in trouble, she didn't know what to do, and at first she wanted to show how important she was. Fortunately, her friend who was standing on the bar solved the problem. The girl even didn't say SORRY to us. I guess her name was Anna, because i found this name on the bill. I suggest to think a few times before behaving like this. Whether it's me or another guest . The customer service of this girl was below criticism. Karma came back to this girl at the end. She was so confident at the beginning and at the end she tucked her tail because she didn't know what to do.

This was our second visit to the restaurant, and once again, the T-bone and burger did not disappoint – they were absolutely delicious. The flavors and cooking were spot on, making it evident why we decided to return.
On our first visit, we were delighted to receive a 10% discount for our next meal, a gesture that we appreciated. However, during our latest visit, we encountered a slight hiccup with redeeming this discount. After finishing our meal, we mentioned the discount, but were initially informed by the waitress that the bill was already issued and couldn't be altered due to strict taxation policies in Poland, which is quite different from what we're used to in Ireland.
Feeling somewhat disheartened, we proceeded to make the payment. But, just as we were about to leave, the owner of Bifalo Steak House stepped in. He not only apologized for the misunderstanding but also compensated us by returning the amount of our discount in cash. This gesture of goodwill and customer care was highly appreciated and turned our experience around.
I also want to highlight that the restaurant is halal, making it an inclusive dining spot for various dietary needs. Despite the minor issue with the discount, the quality of the food and the responsiveness of the management team are reasons enough for me to recommend Bifalo Steak House. I wanted to order the ramen with ribeye steak, but the waitress informed me it wasn’t available and recommended the tantanmen ramen instead, which turned out to have a lot of onions. My boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger with a medium-cooked patty.
When the burger arrived, the edges of the patty seemed fine, but the center was red and clearly raw. We pointed out to the waitress that it looked more like rare, but she insisted it was medium. My boyfriend asked for the meat to be cooked a bit more. Eventually, they brought back the patty fully cooked inside but burnt and charred on the outside.
We decided not to ruin our evening or argue further, so we left.
Later that night, my boyfriend experienced stomach pain for several hours. The next morning, I woke up with severe stomach pain, nausea, weakness, and chills. This has lasted all day and continues as I write this review.
Afterward, I checked the reviews again and found at least five comments mentioning food poisoning. The owner’s responses were unprofessional, dismissing the complaints as “serious accusations” rather than addressing the issues.
