Góralskie Praliny cocktails&desserts — Restaurant in Zakopane

The desserts are looking delicious and taste good but the service is definitely a desaster.

Our experience:

Were were waiting and got ignored first!

I was waving after 15min but the waiter/waitress did not even looking at us once. Oversea customers seems to get handled second class. I was walking downstairs and asked if it was able to order there but the waiter at the entrance was rude ''wait upstairs! ''

I asked a second one and she seemed to be totally annoyed and answered '' you have to wait''

So I was going upstairs again, and we wanted to leave this cafe after waiting for 30min in total, suddenly another waitress came to me and I complained , we would like to order but 30min is way too long. After that we could order without problems but we could feel we weren't welcomed here. It took another 10min until our drinks were served. The cakes took 10min additional.

For the prices the drinks were small

We cannot recommend this cafe!

Also the empty and dirty glasses from the quests who had been there before were standing on our table for an eternity.

The waitress took them away after our cakes were served. This is not very hygienic. Nobody was able to clean the table! (See pictures)

Definitely unreasonably expensive considering the taste of desserts and coffee. When ordering, the waiter asked us the size of the ordered espresso (large/small) and when we asked for a large, he actually brought us an Americano, which was much more expensive. Also apple pie - we wanted one piece, which was supposed to cost 20zł. The waiter asked us if we wanted it cold or warm. When we ordered a warm one, they brought us a completely different item from the menu, where there was a warm apple pie + ice cream + whipped cream for 33zł. The waiter did not inform us at all that we were ordering something completely different. In the end, they even added 1 item to our account for 10 zł, while we did not order anything extra. Odwiedzając Zakopane, natknąłem się na cukiernię „Góralskie Praliny” na Krupówkach i muszę przyznać, że było to jedno z najlepszych doświadczeń kulinarnych w tej części Polski. Już od wejścia miejsce zachwyca wyjątkowym, góralskim klimatem – drewniane wykończenia, przytulne wnętrze i ciepła atmosfera idealnie wpisują się w charakter regionu. To miejsce ma w sobie coś magicznego, co sprawia, że chce się tu wracać.

Jednak to, co naprawdę wyróżnia „Góralskie Praliny”, to rewelacyjny smak deserów. Każda pralina, ciastko czy kawałek ciasta są dopracowane w najdrobniejszych szczegółach. Smak jest intensywny, wyrazisty, a jednocześnie delikatny – prawdziwa uczta dla podniebienia. Szczególnie polecam praliny o smakach z advokatem, które łączą tradycyjne góralskie smaki z czekoladową finezją. To nie jest zwykła cukiernia – tutaj każdy deser jest małym dziełem sztuki, a każdy kęs to przyjemność.

Oczywiście, ceny w „Góralskich Pralinach” mogą wydawać się wysokie, ale moim zdaniem, w pełni odpowiadają one jakości oferowanych produktów. To miejsce dla tych, którzy cenią sobie doskonałe wykonanie i najwyższej jakości składniki, a nie tylko szukają najtańszych opcji. Jeśli ktoś zwraca uwagę przede wszystkim na cenę, może poczuć się zniechęcony, ale prawdziwi smakosze na pewno docenią kunszt i staranność, jakie wkładane są w każdy produkt.
