I was really looking forward to some pasta and some Italian food. We read the reviews of this place and we were really excited. Upon arrival we felt like the waitress who greeted us wasn’t very welcoming or pleasant, we sat anyway. We then waited 15-20 mins for menus and then another 15-20 for our drinks order to be taken, only to be told that there was an issue with the ice machine and there were no cocktails available only gin and tonics. So I changed and ordered a coke/Pepsi, the waitress arrived with the drinks and I was given a gin and tonic which I did not order, I understand there is a language barrier and that mistakes happen no biggie! But the attitude of the wait staff wasn’t very nice and I felt like I was being awkward and annoying to them. The food was really nice, pasta and and antipasto were lovely although I did ask for Parmesan and I waited with my food sitting there for 10 mins no sign so I carried on and ate anyway, The Parmesan never came. Never once did someone ask how our meal was or ask if we needed a refill on drinks despite other patrons being catered to carefully. We just felt like we weren’t welcome here,so I can’t say I would ever go back.
