O António — Restaurant in Albufeira

We arrived without a booking to an almost empty restaurant. Placed orders for food and drinks. Other people started arriving and I noticed they were getting drinks before us. Our bread basket came then nothing. Food came out for everyone but us. No staff came to see us until more than an hour had passed and we were clearly looking for our food. Finally the waiter came to tell us there had been a mistake with our order and said it would be coming. I could have another drink on the house. I was drinking soft drink. The drink took 10 minutes to come. Finally food came. An hour and a half! The waiter came several times now to apologise. In all the times he came to the table to apologise and tell us "the food was good, yes! " he never once spoke to my husband also waiting at the table and did not get another drink. What was meant to be a quick meal turned into 2hrs. Food is average. I wouldn't bother...

I recently visited a bar that had fast service and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and efficient staff. They quickly took my order and my drinks were delivered to me in no time.

Throughout the evening, the service remained consistently fast. Whether I needed a refill or assistance with anything else, the staff were quick to respond and accommodate my needs. This made for a smooth and enjoyable experience at the bar.

Mid may first time visitors for dinner. We came across from brothers bar driven by appetite for authentic food. O antonio did not suit it at all. The so called shrimp cevice was a green salad tossed with pre cooked shrimp. I know cevice as a great peruan dish, based on freshest seafood marinated in lime juice, sugarcane, celery and tons of fresh coreander leaves.
