RASOI Indian Kitchen — Restaurant in Albufeira

Overall I would rate this place 4 stars. It has alot of potential but there are a few things letting it down. We ate here early and were one of the only people here, but still the service was okay/good but didn't have the ambience of an Indian restaurant. The food was tasty but not as good as the other popular Indian restaurant around. The menu needed some work as the English descriptions were not correct and it was hard to know what you were getting (some dishes came out with HUGE peppers but no mention of this on the menu) alot of the descriptions seemed to be duplicated but was a completely different dish! When we ordered the poppadoms they came out with tiny bowls of sauce however they happily gave us more when we asked. The place was clean and presentable. Overall I would go back here over the other popular Indian restaurant but hope they work on some of the points...

Had a horrible experience here. Whilst walking to this restaurant I passed two very dishevelled looking men who stared at me whilst grinning. When my partner and I got to the restaurant and ordered our food, the two men that I had encountered earlier walked into the restaurant. We nearly didn’t eat here, as it was empty. However, we spoke with one of the staff (Rubal) who seemed so humble, that we decided to give it a go. So glad we did. The food and service were awesome. Special mention for the pani puris . We’ve just spent two months in India but these pani puris outclassed any we had on our recent travels. The rest of the dishes we ordered were spot on too.
