Restaurante O Churrasco — Restaurant in Albufeira

whilst in there waiting to pay the bill the waiter picked my pocket for my wallet,took out all my money (£400 + €200) then put the wallet back, management was in collusion with it as the owners wife kept distracting me whilst it went on they thought i was leaving on plane early in morning but didnt fly till 4.30 pm dont know if police did anything but it was reported it had to have been them as only place we went and then straight back to appartment. Absolutely recommend this restaurant, we went with a fussy child that only wanted a burger and chips, which wasn't on the menu of course, the staff went above and beyond to get a burger, so much so they went to a neighbouring steakhouse and acquired one of theirs. Really friendly service. Nothing seemed too much trouble, good knowledge of the menu and actually asked where we were from and got to know us a bit. Food was absolutely gorgeous, and very cheap. About 6 euros for chicken and chips. We did buy the salad to go with it - but as a warning to us typical Brits it's just tomatoes and onions! Very refreshing though. Lovely trip,...
