Yorkshire tavern — Restaurant in Albufeira

I visited on Wednesday 10th July as a place I had saved on my maps while visiting Portugal, and I was happy I did. such a lovely warm welcoming visit and a nice atmosphere to watch the match without all the madness of the strip. I was a solo traveller and felt so comfortable visiting the Yorkshire tavern by my self (felt like my local at home🥰) they looked after me and so did the other holiday visitors and helped me get a taxi back to my hotel so I did not walk down the mad strip by my self. the local beer was so nice and I enjoyed the company of everyone there while watching the match, like I said felt like home from home. thank you so much for your lovely welcoming and atmosphere, I did truly have a good night. Thank you 😁❤️

This is a fantastic pub to have a drink, shoot some darts ,enjoy a Sunday roast dinner( which by the way you can order half size portions) and have a great conversation with the patrons and the landlady. Everyone was very friendly. A trio of Canadian women stopped in one afternoon and after having an enjoyable time we came back for the Sunday dinner. What a find ! The Yorkshire Tavern is a lovely friendly bar that is always welcoming and friendly, we spent 10 days in Portugal and visited this bar frequently , the Friday night quiz is great , the food is like being in England, massive Sunday dinner , but the best thing is that Antonio and Maz make you feel at home and special , had a great time and met friends .
