I should stress that I never right bad reviews, however, this was a very disappointing experience.

We were brought a series of dips with bread which we did not order. I myself ate none as I’m coeliac and my girlfriend had some of nibbles. Despite not ordering these and one of us not eating them, we were charged around €10 for these. They took one dip off reducing it by €2.5.

We also ordered tap water but were brought and charged for bottled water.

They forgot the chips we ordered and the grilled cod (€25). This meant we sat there waiting for nearly a hour for the main to arrive. The grilled cod that I ate was dry, full of bones and tasted horrible. Had clearly been in the freezer. I had one bite and left the rest. No apology from the staff.

As I say, I do not like to complain but this was a wholly disappointing experience. The food was unpleasant, overpriced and charged for when not ordered. The staff were rude...

The owner did his best to us offend us. We had a reservation for 6 people at 21:00. When we arrived he mentioned that the people were about to drink the cafe and leave the table for us. At 21:40 we, 5 people including a baby were still waiting on the street. A table was cleaned and we expected to sit after so much delay. But the owner said that a group (which arrived just recently) would get the table. He said they have also made a reservation. When I mentioned the baby and we’re waiting since 40 min., he said the free table was for 6 and we were only 5. Unbelievable! At 21:50 we set on the table. No apology.

The food was ok. Service was slow but the main thing we got a serving of bread that was moldy complained and the second portion was also moldy. They did not seem to mind and did not offer us a single thing. If they are offering moldy bread what is the rest of the food containing rotten maybe..... we were charged full price with no consideration besides the bread being taken off WAIT only when we returned the check and told them they gave us moldy bread.

Petty at best. Management needs to find a solution for this
