I had the best gastronomic experience of my life. From the moment I booked a table to the next day, when I stopped by just for a coffee and a glass of wine, everything was absolutely perfect.

In my opinion, hospitality is a talent—not everyone has it. But I can assure you, they are truly well-prepared. I work in catering and hospitality, and I consider myself very picky; I notice every single detail (I can’t help it—it’s my job). And they passed every one of them. Even the bathroom was exceptional!

Mário, who attended to me, was incredibly kind. He recommended the dishes and explained all the details—the flavours, the concept—so vividly that I felt like I had already tasted the dish before I even started eating, if you know what I mean. Everything I had was perfect. The dishes had the right balance of spices and textures.

And the wine—just extraordinary. The best I’ve ever had (which is why I came back the next day just for a glass!). The dessert... honestly, everything! Even now, a week after my dinner, I can still remember the taste of each dish.

Thank you again for treating me so well and for feeding me the best food of my life. Keep up the amazing work—you absolutely deserve a Michelin Star!

I was truly impressed by how all the staff maintained eye-level communication with the guests. It may seem like a small detail, but it made such a huge difference—you can’t imagine how much.

I felt special and genuinely happy....

A friend recommended Mesa and it definitely lived up to expectations. We enjoyed dinner because the food was great! (Remember to make a reservation in advance)

Our party of 3 ordered multiple things to share. For starters, we had the Seabass Ceviche, Panko breaded oysters, Leek "samosa" and the Caramalised Peach. I really liked the Panko - the oysters were fresh and the bread crumb coating gave it a nice crunch! The samosas were not what I expected and was pleasantly surprised. The skin of the samosa was leek and the filling was so flavourful. But if I had to choose one favourite, it was the ceviche and I highly recommend it - a generous serving of fresh raw seabass with a zesty sauce.

For mains, we got the Grilled Spicy Prawns, the Mussels and the Chuleton with Chimichurri (steak) with sweet potato chips. The mussels were amazingly paired with a creamy sauce that had a hint of coconut which we loved. I'd also recommend the Tenderloin - tender, dry aged, medium-rare steak. It was well seasoned and almost perfect.

We were way too full for desserts, but apparently creme brulee is...

We have been twice in the restaurant and I couldn’t say that I am satisfied in terms of price/ value First dinner with 9 people they forget to prepare one maindish at all No soft drinks beside icetea!? I ordered a specific water which I asked for ( Castello) - they brought Pedras - Castwllo water wasn’t just available in Rom temperature Prices all overall to expensive ( excample French fries. normal portion 7 Euros - bide in a bread 20 euros ( small) Not all dishes has been available ( menu card quiet small) … Second dinner with 5 people ( we wanted to give another try) Same problem with the drinks Again not everything on the Menü available Starter ( bread & olive oil) ( five people - five small slices of bread ) no olives nothing else … additionally they carving automatically 10 % tip ??!!

If you enjoy wonderful food, amazing wines and uplifting music this place is something you are not allowed to miss! The staff is super friendly and the quality of the food & cocktails is just amazing. Even though the restaurant was fully booked on a Saturday, the owner made it possible for us to return for our final night. The idea and concept of the restaurant is wonderful and highly enjoyable! Thanks for having us twice, we'll return for sure!

10/10 dining experience! It was my second time in the restaurant and I’ll definitely come back. We ordered some small plates to share and all of them were amazing - my favorite one was the crudo and the miso eggplant. Cocktails were also amazing! No words for the special cocktail of the day (Watermelon Martini!)
