Piadinas Zanotta — Restaurant in Alcácer do Sal

Ordered a lemonade and it tasted like water. Not worth 4,5. Took it back and asked if I could swap for another drink, the manager took a sip said no so I asked if they could put more sugar. They did but gave me the same drink back that the manager drank from. Had to complain again and they said they would make a new lemonade but still not allow me a refund or to change for another drink. I didn’t want to argue so I said sure then they brought me a new drink with foam (which the other lemonade did not have) drank a bit and tasted like soap, pretty sure they put soap in the drink… Not very professional. We also had to ask for the bill two times and it took a around 25 minutes to get it. Asides from that the place is nice and has a nice vibe. Just make sure you don’t order from the bar! 🤦🏼‍♀️ The Piadinas are 10/10! Highly recommend...

While I was waiting for my take-away one of the girls that works there (small blondish girl) dropped one of the take aways and the box popped open with the food exposed on the floor.

The girl took the box to the "kitchen" and the two girls cooking there instead of preparing a new piadina just tucked everything in and delivered the package to the customer.
