What a find! This stop is an absolute must in Pinhâo! Stunning views, fab internal decor and incredible food. Service was also exceptional and so friendly. We stumbled upon it by accident looking for somewhere to eat after lunchtime passed and most places had closed(a word of caution a lot of places close between 2-6 for food) We happened to walk in on their opening day and just spoilt for choice. We were looking for a place with simple food around 2–3 pm. When we tried to order, none of the sandwiches were available. They offered us a « turkey »sandwich instead, but it turned out to be a piece of deep-fried brown meat that was completely inedible, it had the texture of rubber. The place was so cozy and cute, seems to be a train station building. However, the food wasn’t the best, the only thing that was great was the chocolate pudding, much better than at other places. It’s expensive too, 16€ for canned sardines with (not crispy) pickles is too much. Nice as a pit stop to cool down when strolling in the hot city of Pinhao. The service was nice...
