I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my party and I received at your establishment on the 10th of September. We arrived at 14:15, well within your advertised opening hours of 12:00 to 15:00 for lunch service. However, we were informed by a staff member that the kitchen was closed and, to our surprise, we were denied the opportunity to dine.

Furthermore, when we asked if we could at least have drinks, we were refused once again, with the explanation that drinks were only served to customers who were dining at the restaurant. This restriction is not something we were aware of, nor is it stated in any of your policies publicly available. Frankly, we found this refusal for both food and drink quite unreasonable, particularly given the advertised operating hours.

This experience has left us with a very negative impression of your establishment, and it is not a place we would recommend to others based on the service we received.

Additionally, we plan to lodge a formal complaint through the Livro de Reclamações to ensure that this matter is properly addressed.

We were recommended this restaurant by a local to the area. We went for dinner and it was raining out so we were not able to enjoy the local view of the river.

We were the only table for dinner, and they appeared to close as we walked out.

The service was amazing. Many times I feel restaurants suffer from empty restaurant syndrome where staff are slower and less attentive as the rhythm of a packed restaurant is missing and staff are distracted on their phones or talking to each other.

It was quite the opposite here our waiter was on the ball and great.

The food was very tasty from great soup, to the octopus and seafood rice dish we ordered. After several days in the mountains some fresh seafood was greatly needed and they did...

Ridiculously slow and terribly rude service. Their 10yo porto wine has all the smells and tastes of their fridge but the taste and smell of a porto wine. When I asked the waitress about it, she tried to prove to me that there was nothing wrong with their porto wine by showing me a bottle - that is as far as their wine knowledge and customer service goes. We are in the middle of porto wineries and these clowns are clueless how a porto wine should taste or smell. The salad that they serve with steak was also straight out of a fridge with all the smell and weird taste of their fridge. Zero star for food quality and zero minus for service quality. Avoid...
