Though its pizzas are certainly amongst (if not) the best in the city, the chain suffers from several management issues and this one no different. For this restaurant, in particular, bathrooms are constantly messy, sometimes filthy, waiters here are amongst the nicest ones but I caught them picking bread from the floor and putting it back in the basket. Pidgeons often roam inside the restaurant, going under tables and nibling everything they can grab. Sitting benches were dirty and damaged... There are certainly cleaning issues, plus the place closes early and some products are not that good but if you are looking for a cheap pizza that tastes wonderfully and has that nice, crunchy, tasty, freshly baked bread and loads of cheese and options, then go here. I read some negative reviews about table service. I sat outside on a Saturday and had no problem. My Portuguese is limited but the server worked with me and was very helpful. Heard the chicken wings were good so I ordered the crispy style and the sweet chili. Crispy was not good. Like a nugget, but with some sauce mixed into a round ball. Nope. Por recomendação de uma amiga fomos almoçar a celeste de Braga, a primeira colaboradora com quem nos cruzamos disse-nos que era para pedir primeiro e depois sentar, a segunda já nos disse que teríamos de sentar primeiro e alguém iria á mesa. vimos o menu do dia (com fotografias com um excelente aspeto) e foram pedidos 3 bacalhaus com natas e um arroz de pato e bebidas. As bebidas vinham quentes e a comida nada parecida com o cartaz! O bacalhau com natas parecia uma papa, até as comidas pré feitas dos hipermercados tem melhor aspeto e sabor, o arroz de pato sem tempero. No dia seguinte decidimos dar uma oportunidade as pizzas. Depois de 10min sentadas veio um colaborador fazer o pedido, mais uma vez bebidas quentes… passada meia hora vieram as pizzas, acontece que não nos trouxeram talheres (há quem coma a pizza a mão e há quem coma com talheres), passou uma colaboradora nas escadas e chamamos ao qual responde “só um minutinho” até que passaram mais 10 a 15min para que o colaborador aparecesse na sala e o conseguíssemos chamar para pedir os talheres.
