Looks inviting, always thought about calling in for a coffee. Maybe just me, but I really don't like the money tellers that you pay into, straight away you have a barrier between customer and staff. The staff were friendly enough but seemed preoccupied with just working behind the counter. Lots of tables needed cleaning, including ours, in fact every available table was still full of previous customers glasses, plates etc. Especially not good in the current climate, I thought they would have been out quickly to clean them. I politely asked if they could clean our table, no-one did, we drank up quickly and left, can't see us visiting again. In contrast, the previous day we visited Rei das Cavacas, down below Praça da fruta overlooking hospital termal......lovely, lovely, friendly staff, made you feel really welcome and engaged with the customers, good coffee too, we'll definitely...

Pequeno estabelecimento com ambiente convidativo. As mesas tinham tabuleiros ainda dos clientes anteriores ao que levantei e coloquei no balcão para nos podermos sentar. Éramos 3 pessoas e pedimos pratos do dia. 1 de Bife de Frango com molho de mostarda e 2 de Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá. Quando estava a pagar (é pré-pagamento) eram apenas 12h20m, e fui informado que só tinham uma dose de bacalhau (pedi então essa dose e duas do frango). Esperamos apenas uns 10 minutos e serviram os tabuleiros à mesa. Almoçámos tranquilamente e passados uns 20 minutos chegaram duas clientes que se sentaram na mesa ao nosso lado. Daí a uns 5 minutos vieram servir à mesa e trouxeram, perante o meu espanto, uma dose de bacalhau e ainda consegui ouvir da funcionária -"afinal ainda deu para mais uma". Isto não calhou nada bem pois uma vez que tínhamos chegado bem antes penso que teria sido correto sermos informados que afinal ainda dava para as nós. Apesar das empregadas serem muito simpáticas fiquei um pouco desiludido com esta atitude que demonstra...
