Normally the pizzas are fluffy and easy to eat as previous pictures show but something has happened, our pizzas were completely flat, tough as rubber, tasteless. They use the wrong cheese and the pizza gets a rubbery texture because the thick cheese layer solidifies. It was really not appetising and we could not finish the pizzas....
