Brisa Bar — Restaurant in Cascais

Service is amazing. That's the biggest share of these 5 stars. Friendly, loud, easy going place, which is what you want so close to the beach. I recommend the snails (ask for the skull-bottled spicy sauce on the side) and the clams. Ask for the toasted bread heavy on butter also on the side. Finally, have some 6 or 7 Super Bocks (bottle, because the tap beer is Sagres and that's kind of rubbish...) and in the end you'll pay around 40 euros for 2 people.

That's the closest to the beach you can be so, believe me, because I'm a local, when I say that these are really good prices.

EDIT: This is definitely the correct place. You can match the table cloth from the picture and my credit card bill. Also, we had rented the sunbeds from next door I wrongly assumed they did so as well. Corrected the review as they don’t operate sun beds.

Definitely not the best food. We ordered fries, fried squid and the snails. Both fried food was not crunchy nor tasty. Service is fast and attentive. Don’t expect anything more.

I would go just to try the snails but find another place for lunch. There are multiple good options from what it seemed we just didn’t want to do the research.

Ate white fish steak in this restaurant. It was falling apart, completely not nice texture and taste. And then i saw smth that looked like worms to me. Almost vomited. They said its a skin of the fish, not worms. But obviously i couldn’t continue eating it. They didnt come up with any suggestions, didnt offer to change this meal. And it was included in the bill after. Maybe these things were not the worms but this restaurant stayed totally ignorant to their client. Not recommended. Ps.
