Os Grelhados dos Reis — Restaurant in Cascais

We came to this restaurant because of the reviews and were instantly charmed by the staff. A very pleasant young man (maybe the owner) knows English very well and helped us to choose from the menu, then added free potato chips as a compliment :) Ribs were delicious, chicken too. Baked potatoes with garlic and butter was fantastic! The chips are home-made, by the way. The bun was freshly-baked and still warm. If we lived somewhere here, would definitely become their regular customers. My persistent recommendations...

Ontem, 20h37. Telefonei para S. Miguel das Encostas e perguntei se havia a sair um franguinho bem passado, a resposta foi que sim, “temos aqui um e meio”. Ok, respondi. “Vou já descer e passo aí”. Cinco minutos depois estava na churrasqueira e o frango que eu encomendei, e o único que havia inteiro, tinha sido vendido a um pedido posterior, que chegou pela aplicação. Fiquei completamente boquiaberta. Que falta de tudo! Mas por que raio teve o pedido da aplicação de ter passado à minha frente? Porque teria eu, que estava ali presencialmente, com encomenda feita 5 minutos antes, de aguardar que assassem um novo frango, para que alguém que usou a aplicação não ter de esperar? Já tive experiências menos boas em estabelecimentos, mas esta esteve ao nível dos completos...
