Yokozo Sushi Lounge — Restaurant in Covilhã

One of the best places for having a sushi in Covilhã! The place is really cozy and a nice idea when it comes to having friends together to eat japanese food! Their menu is reaaaaaally good, seriously, one of my top sushi places I've ever been. They have an option to go for the Chef's Suggestion, that literally comes all the things you can imagine! Super good! Apart from that, their customer service is always amazing, they have the best waiters in the whole city. So congrats for that! We went at 2:30 for lunch, so only had half an hour to eat. We got just a couple of rolls, salmon nigiri, and the miso soup. Wouldn’t recommend the Doritos roll (ordered it because it seemed like a bit of a novelty), but the California roll was well done, aside from some minor disintegration with soy sauce dipping! Nigiri was great, easily the highlight of the meal. The miso soup was delicious and had sesame seeds, which I’ve never seen before. For value, you should definitely arrive in time for the Rodízio if possible, although it’s still quite good value for money if you order a la carte. The staff was friendly and accommodating!...

Atendimento péssimo... num restaurante a meia ocupação quase fomos expulsos do lugar... mas o melhor foi o pagamento desconheço efetivamente o total da conta, cada pessoa (3x) pagaram 25,50€, valor apresentado por uma funcionária q até agora estou a tentar perceber o que ali está a fazer... quando me apercebi que ninguém tinha sequer visto a fatura (embora tenha sido solicitada mais que uma vez), voltei ao restaurante e solicitei a fatura foi me recusado citando "joguei no lixo" pedi uma reemissão (dado supor que detêm um sistema de faturação certificado atcud) tendo recebido a seguinte resposta "não dá teria que pagar de novo" ... ora tal facto é de um surrealismo atroz para não dizer outra coisa não foi feita reclamação no local porque estava acompanhado das restantes pessoas... mas informo desde já que será apresentada reclamação no livro de reclamações eletronico, pq gostaria imenso de ver a fatura do jantar que ao total custou 76,50€... Ja fui a este restaurante algumas vezes mas enquanto me lembrar disto...
