Restaurante e AL Caçarola Dois — Restaurant in Figueira da Foz

Have been multiple times eating at Caçarola, only yesterday I had a very bad experience. The food was fine and prices are affordable, only the table service was disgraceful! First they put you in a room were the temperature was very hot, I can’t evaluate precisely but I would say 30’ degrees Celsius, they put directly on the table the entries, and people start to eat with nothing to drink, when you try to call someone, they take very long to attend you and when they do, it is in very rude way. For exemple the first time our attendant came at our table, I’ve asked for drinks and water, since we were waiting for half an hour in a tropical weather, and he answered me I will take the food first and after that he was really unreasonable coming into the table making jokes about me being grumpy because I was hungry, instead of apologising for the poor service on witch we’ve been received. I was a regular costumer of this restaurant, but after this they have lost the confidence of the 7 people that were eating and furthermore I will no more recommend this restaurant to my network. Service can be improved as waiter was not very friendly and seems upset when we asked the salad to be removed which was automatically delivered to your table. I am not a fan of salad and for sure it's not free and I don't want to waste it. A very small pouch of butter was also charged at €1 each aside from the charge for the bread. Made a reservation for a special birthday, a week before. Got seated at the top, back of the restaurant, to be ignored. Expensive seafood platter arrived, everything was over cooked and rubbery. The lobster hadn't been cleaned and was overflowing with green guts. The mussels came in huge shells with tiny amount of meat. Starters were no better. Service was nonexistent and plates were being cleared before half the party had finished eating. Clearly a tourist trap. 'Take your money and never see you again' type place. AVOID AT ALL...
