I recently had the pleasure of visiting Heldars Bar in Carverio, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. Visited on a Tuesday night without reservation. Got seated quickly and friendly on the terrace (unfortunately the table next to ours was smoking). We ordered the Melon with ham, the Turkey escalope and the Pork Tenderloin. Melon: fresh and not too sweet. Ham (prosciutto?) was good too. Nice starter to share. Plain and simple decor, but that doesn't matter when the service is so fantastic and the food is amazing. Went with the family (8 of us), and a table was made up without hesitation. The food was delicious, and everyone cleared their plate. Dessert was just as good, and nothing was too much trouble. My 5 year old just wanted chocolate ice cream, so they went to see what they could do (as it wasn't on the menu) and came back with chocolate ice cream with sauce, which made her very happy.
